BEECH TREE COTTAGES IS A CHARMING OUTDOOR VENUE FEATURING A TENTED PATIO AND SPRAWLING LAWN SURROUNDED BY A COLLECTION OF VINTAGE COTTAGES. OUR PROPERTY IS BEST SUITED FOR THOSE PLANNING A GARDEN OR BACKYARD STYLE EVENT WITH WEEKEND ACCOMMODATION FOR THEIR GUESTS.

VENUE | Our outdoor venue includes usage of a 1,600 square foot patio and a large open lawn. The patio includes a 40 x 40 ft Frame Tent with chandelier and café-style string lights, a lounge seating set, high-top cocktail tables, and a selection of round dinner tables and garden chairs. Restrooms and parking available on-site. Our tented patio can comfortably host 65 seated guests (or a maximum of 74 seated guests).

CATERING & STAFFING & EVENT COORDINATING | Beech Tree Cottages is a full-service venue. We can provide in-house catering, staffing to facilitate and service your event, and an experienced event coordinator to manage your day from venue planning to day-of.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION | We host a limited number of weddings per season from late May through early October. We host only one wedding per weekend. Weddings are booked on Saturdays only. To keep your event private for the weekend, wedding clients are required to secure a room block for their guests for all cottages for a minimum of two nights (arriving Friday and departing Sunday). As a courtesy to our neighbors, all events must end by 10 pm. Additional event or party rentals may be required to comfortably accommodate your event.

 

VENUE RENTAL ONLY | Booking options are available for clients looking to rent the venue space only. Clients are responsible for hiring an event planner, outside caterer, or food truck, and will be responsible for all set-up. clean-up planning and logistics.​​​​​
