Private Events & Weddings
BEECH TREE COTTAGES IS A CHARMING OUTDOOR VENUE FEATURING A TENTED PATIO AND SPRAWLING LAWN SURROUNDED BY A COLLECTION OF VINTAGE COTTAGES. OUR PROPERTY IS BEST SUITED FOR THOSE PLANNING A GARDEN OR BACKYARD STYLE EVENT WITH WEEKEND ACCOMMODATION FOR THEIR GUESTS.
VENUE | Our outdoor venue includes usage of a 1,600 square foot patio and a large open lawn. The patio includes a 40 x 40 ft Frame Tent with chandelier and café-style string lights, a lounge seating set, high-top cocktail tables, and a selection of tables and garden chairs. Restrooms and parking available on-site. Our tented patio can host up to 65 seated guests.
CATERING & STAFFING | Beech Tree Cottages is a full-service venue. We can provide in-house on-site catering and staffing to facilitate and service your event including full logistics, set-up and clean-up. An experienced coordinator will manage your event from planning to the day-of. Alternatively, clients can use an event planner, full-service caterer, or food truck for an additional venue fee (details to be determined prior to booking.)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION | We host a limited number of weddings per season from late May through early October. We host only one wedding per weekend. Weddings are booked on Saturdays only. To keep your event private for the weekend, wedding clients are required to secure a room block for their guests for all cottages for a minimum of two nights (arriving Friday and departing Sunday). As a courtesy to our neighbors, all events must end by 10 pm. Additional event or party rentals may be required to comfortably accommodate your event. Private Events and Parties can be booked on Friday, Saturday or Sunday based on availability.
