Availability & Booking
At Beech Tree Cottages, select from a unique offering of vintage cottages for your coastal Connecticut stay. Online reservations can be made using the calendar below. We are still available and happy to help by phone! Please call (203) 245-2676 with any questions, to make a phone reservation, or if we can be of any additional help. Online reservations will be directed to PayPal to securely collect a 50% deposit. Your remaining balance will be due in person upon arrival (Visa, Amex, Mastercard).

Review our booking and cancellation policies HERE. Changes or cancellations to a reservation will only be accepted by phone and should be made during office hours (10am-5pm, May through October).
Looking for multiple cottages or have a large guest count? Please call! We can make 1 reservation by phone, for multiple rooms. Single night accommodations are also welcomed when available, and can only be booked by phone.
WEEKEND Bookings must consist of FRIDAY + SATURDAY
NIGHT
Small Cottages: One bedroom with one queen bed -or- two full beds, private bathroom with shower, and coffee tray with coffee and tea for up to 2 -or- 4 guests. No refrigeration, food storage, or food preparation in small cottages.

Large Cottages: One bedroom with one queen bed, living room with pull-out futon, kitchenette, and private bathroom with shower for up to 4 guests. Kitchenettes consist of mini fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and gas grill access.

Guest Cottages: One bedroom with one full bed -or- one queen bed, private bathroom with shower, coffee nook with mini fridge, and living room with sofa for up to 2 guests. Please see *each* room for specific amenities: #1, #2. Guest Room #10 is booked for the 2024 season at this time.
