Beech Tree events are tasteful and refined with a relaxed backyard feeling. As hosts,

homemade menu, and an unforgettable event at a unique venue.

3rd Annual Beech Tree Art Fair
Enjoy a summers' day on the grounds of Beech Tree Cottages, dotted with over 20 local artists and artisans displaying their works and ware for show or for sale. The event is free to attend, with compimentary refreshments. Our BBQ truck CT's Roadside BBQ will be open for lunch service.
Venue Information
Venue & Services - Beech Tree Cottages venue includes a sprawling central lawn & 1,600 square foot patio with custom tent, including lighting, tent sides, tables and chairs for forty guests, cocktail tables, lounge seating area, plus restrooms and parking. Large events and weddings occupy patio and lawn areas. Small events occupy patio area only. The venue spaces can comfortably accommodate events of 50 to 150 guests. Additional event rentals may be required. All events are subject to a venue fee.
Catering & Staffing - Beech Tree Cottages provides in-house on-site catering. Food costs are based upon menu selection and guest count, and are charged on a per person basis. All events must be staffed for the duration of the event. Staffing costs are calculated according to type of event, type of service, and number of guests attending event. Prices are subject to 7.35% CT sales tax and 18% service charge. Do-it-yourself events are not permitted.
Bar - Clients are responsible for stocking the bar for their event. Beech Tree Cottages will provide a certified bartender for the duration of the event. Self-service bars are not permitted. Event Insurance is required for all events.
Large Events & Weddings - Beech Tree Cottages hosts only one wedding per weekend, offering clients a wedding weekend experience. Event guests book all of our cottages, arriving Friday afternoon and departing Sunday morning, with the event held on Saturday. You will have a private retreat for your family and friends with plenty of time to enjoy your celebration. Weddings are scheduled for 5 to 6 hour time slots to include cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. Extra time may be allotted for ceremonies held on-site. Weddings are typically booked 12-18 months in advance, but must be booked at least 6-8 months in advance.
Small Events & Parties - Beech Tree Cottages hosts rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, family reunions, birthday parties or other functions on our private patio area for 3 hour time slots scheduled for Friday dinner, Saturday lunch or dinner, or Sunday lunch times. Depending on the event, cottage bookings may be required.
